Banana Bites
These banana bites would be awesome for a baby/toddler breakfast but mommy can eat it too! Yum!
Plus...save the leftovers (if there are any) for dessert with whipped cream!!
What you'll need:
2 bananas
1 cup of pancake batter (homemade or boxed)
Directions:
1. Cut bananas into diagonal slices (more like ovals than circles)
2. Dip slices into pancake batter and shake off excess.
3. Place battered slice into buttered skillet on medium heat.
4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown
5. Cool and serve with syrup, peanut butter, or cool whip & Enjoy!
