Mini Burgers
I normally just give Hayden half a burger. but with this recipe she'll be able to have her own.
What you'll need:
Ground Turkey or Beef
Small buns or "pizza bianca"
Cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Take the meat you'd normally use to make a burger and split it in half.
2. Cook burgers in pan or oven to desired done-ness (is that a word? lol)
3. Toast buns and place burger on top with some cheese.
4. Serve with some homemade fries, chips, or veggies & fruit.
5. Enjoy!!

Stove-top Ravioli with peas and pancetta-YUM
This is so easy to make and less messy than pasta with sauce.
What you'll need:
3/4 lb-Some sort of ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup diced pancetta or bacon
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Tablespoons of freshly chopped Basil
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. In a separate pan, brown pancetta (or diced bacon) with 2 tablespoons of the oil until crispy.
3. When crispy, turn off burner and add chopped basil, peas, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan
4. Add pasta to water and follow directions on package (minus 1 minute).
5. Remove pasta and drain water. (Save 1 cup of water for sauce)
6. Put pasta into the pan with other ingredients and drizzle remaining olive oil on top.
7. Stir altogether. If it's too dry, add saved water (1/4 cup at a time) until desired consistency.
